Regular price
$86.00
The ocarina is an ancient instrument, known from independent cultures in Asia and Mesoamerica as long as 12,000 years ago. It is a vessel flute made of clay with a single mouthpiece and 4 to 12 holes to vary the pitch. The portability of the hand-sized instrument made it popular from those early times to the present.
This sleek, black 12-hole tenor ocarina is tuned to C Major, with a pitch range of more than an octave and a half (13 notes). It also has the capability of performing sharps and flats. An instructional booklet and strap is included.
