Telephone Wire Earrings
Zulu weavers in South Africa have a long tradition of making beautiful and useful baskets of natural fibers. Today, artisans enjoy combining traditional methods with modern materials, such as brightly colored wire, to construct utilitarian objects as well as personal accessories. Each pair of these earrings has a design that reflects the unique weaving of the artisan—no two pairs are exactly alike.
