Singing bowls have been used in the Himalayas for centuries to evoke spiritual states of awareness. A wide range of soothing sounds and vibrations is created by rubbing the outer rim of the bowl with a wooden or felt-covered stick.

Each bowl is cast by a master artisan and then hand-beaten using centuries-old techniques. Stick and silk cushion included.
