Stradivarius Stamp Short-sleeved
This limited-edition design was created exclusively for MIM’s special exhibition featuring a collection of rare and beautiful Stradivarius violins.
The circular symbol reproduced on these shirts comes from an original metal stamp (or seal) of Antonio Stradivari (AS). The stamp is preserved and exhibited in the Museo del Violino in Cremona, Italy.
The cross between the two letters is a typical cross of the Jesuits, who were a very powerful Catholic congregation during Stradivari’s lifetime. Although no specific documents have been found to verify this theory, it is widely believed that Stradivari was working under the protection of the Jesuits, and for this reason he put the cross in his seal.
The shirts are available in two styles: short-sleeved unisex and long-sleeved microthermal.
