Mini Meditation Bowl

This mini meditation bowl is a great tool for promoting attention and mindfulness. With gentle tapping on the side of it, you can create soothing sounds. The bowl comes packaged inside a gift box made of sustainably harvested Himalayan Lokta paper and recycled paperboard. A gilded bodhi leaf adorns the lid. The box includes a cushion, striker, and bowl (2 inches in diameter) along with instructions for care and how to use the bowl for simple meditation.
