Copper Milagros

In Spanish, milagro literally means miracle or surprise. Milagros also refer to small metal charms that were historically used in Catholic churches by the faithful to request miracles or give thanks for answered prayers. Although no longer uniquely religious items, milagros still represent the magical and symbolic past common in all Hispanic cultures, which are growing in appreciation around the world.
