Aaron Toadlena Cuff
An accomplished Native American jewelry artist, Aaron Toadlena has mastered silversmith and stone inlay techniques. The Navajo reservation resident has perfected his craft over thirty-five years and has received numerous awards at the Gallup Inter-Tribal Indian Ceremonial in New Mexico. Known for his “vintage revisited” collections, Toadlena re-creates the traditional Native American jewelry designs of the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s, which have been featured in museums and galleries around the world.
This exquisite cuff highlights the pinnacle of Toadlena’s celebrated works of art, with finely executed silver etching that accent the remarkable turquoise stone in the center of this masterpiece. The stone is Royston turquoise from the Royston Mine in Nevada.
