Swazi Baskets

These festive, colorful handwoven baskets are perfect for table display or to be hung on the wall. Artisans use sisal, a weed in the agave family that is abundant in Swaziland, and ancient Swazi weaving techniques to craft these elegant yet sturdy baskets. These baskets are the product of more than 700 women who perform various aspects of the creative, design, and weaving process by hand. Because these baskets are handmade, sizes, colors, and designs vary. Includes string on back for wall display.
